Métis Dance "Basic Steps" is a video to help learn the traditional dances and music of our Métis heritage. Basic Steps first teaches the basic steps we dance to during our dances as well as the first part of our Red River Jig. This video teaches the 8 changes of the Red River Jig as well as the Reel of Four, Drops of Brandy, Duck Dance and the Reel of Eight. Métis Toe Tappers is a music CD devloped by the Edmonton Métis Dancers as a backup for when their fiddlers could not make the shows they had to perform at. On this CD we feature John Arcand and Gary Pruden who play the tunes that go with our  traditional dances like: the Red River Jig , the Reel of Four, Drops of Brandy, Duck Dance and the Reel of Eight. Each of these tunes have been extended so we are able to dance a full set to each dance.

Métis Dance "Squaredance Calls " is a video to help learn the traditional Métis Square Dances along with the calls that go with them. In this video we feature our Métis dance instructor Moise White who taught The Edmonton Métis Dancers their first five years. In this video you will learn several old time Métis squredances that were done by Métis communities throughout the Homeland includng: Two Ladies Doucie Do,  Cut a Figure Eight, Duck and Dive, Swing that Girl Behind You, Two sides Six and many more.  If you plan on teaching these dances it is recommended that you purchase the Métis Toe Tappers Volume 2  CD for the music that go with these dances

On this CD we feature three of our local fiddlers Homer Poitras, Gilbert Anderson and Rod Sutherland  who play the tunes the popular first change and breakdowns on this CD.
